Defective Returns 

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of it being delivered. If your product is damaged or incorrect please reach out to us by email at contact@prdfirst.com, direct message us on Instagram @productfirst or complete the form below.

We do not accept returns on products that have been worn or washed.

Refunds

After a claim is made and verified: we will provide you with a return label to ship the defective portion of your order back or we will simply issue a refund.

Once processed your refund will be issued within a few days.
